Overview

Time To Learn ("the App") is an educational game that teaches children to tell time. This policy explains what information is, and is not, collected when the App is used.

Information We Collect From Children

None. The App requires no account, login, or sign-up. The Self Play and Teacher game modes run entirely in your device's browser and do not transmit any information — personal or otherwise — to us or to any third party. No cookies, analytics, or persistent identifiers are used during gameplay.

The Parents & Teachers Area

A separate "Parents & Teachers" area, reached only after answering a simple question intended to keep young children from entering it unassisted, may display a single advertisement. Ads shown there are:

Non-personalized and contextual only — never based on behavioral tracking or a profile of the child or family.
Served through [Ad Network Name — e.g., Google Ad Manager], configured with that network's child-directed / non-personalized ad settings.
Never shown, requested, or loaded during actual gameplay.

Because an ad network is involved, that network may use its own technology (such as cookies or device identifiers) to serve non-personalized ads and measure impressions, governed by its own privacy policy: [Link to Ad Network's Privacy Policy].

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below and we will address it promptly.

Local Storage

The App does not use browser local storage, session storage, or cookies for gameplay. [Update this section if that changes.]
